Our gel fires delivered using quality carriers. Normal delivery will take place within 3-7 days of  placing your order.

A signature is required to ensure your product reaches the correct person and delivery address.  Our carrier will make 2 attempts at delivery it is therefore the receivers responsibility to contact the carrier should there be no one in to sign for the item when the delivery attempts are made.  Should the item be returned to us as undelivered another delivery charge will be payable, in addition to this there will be a £7.00 returned item fee which is charged by our carrier for returning the item to us safely.  If you choose to instruct us to leave your delivery as unsigned for or with a 3rd party (i.e. a neighbour) we do not accept any responsibility for this.
