Our  fires are delivered using quality carriers. Normal delivery will take place within 3-7 days of  placing your order.

A signature is required to ensure your product reaches the correct person and delivery address.  Our carrier will attempt to make delivery however if no-one is in to receive the item it is the receivers responsibility to contact the carrier via the card left at the time of delivery should there be no one in to sign for the it when the delivery attempt is made.  Should the item be returned to us as undelivered another delivery charge will be payable, in addition to this there will be a £9.00 returned item fee which is charged by our carrier for returning the item to us safely.  If you choose to instruct us to leave your delivery as unsigned for or with a 3rd party (i.e. a neighbour) we do not accept any responsibility for this. We will try and accomodate specific delivery requests please make these when placing your order. Please note though that the drivers do not have mobiles so will be unable to telephone beforehand. Please note our carriers standard service is Monday to Friday delivery only.
