Pete & Sandy Skinner Saw the wall mounted fire at the Ideal Home this year ( 2010 )We ordered it on the Saturday and it arrived the following Wednesday. It was so easy to install, took 45 mins. Looks wonderful on our wall and gives out a good amount of heat. We cannot speak more highly of The Naked Flame they are wonderful people to do business with which makes a change nowdays. Fabulous Bio Fuel Fire Saw the fires at Ideal Home Show on Saturday - on the wall and working less than 72 hours later. Had seen this type of fire on home makeover shows and was really pleased to see the fires at the Ideal Home Show, ordered it on Saturday, dispatched on Monday, delivered on Tuesday - 3 screws and it was on the wall and working 20 minutes after coming out of the box. It is lovely to have a "real" fire with none of the hassel! Almost instant heat and good looking too, Thank you so much for everything will highly recommend this product to family and friends. |

I just wanted to say a huge thank you not only for your service but also for your reassurance. I ordered a product for Christmas and was worried about maybe there would be a mix up with the order but after a phone call to you my mind was put at rest - I believe the item will be here for christmas and it has taken alot off my mind! Apart from that though I did receive a large pebble for my birthday as I had seen it at a local country fayre. I am thrilled with it. Initially I wanted it to use in my business but I now use it in my home and garden and I love it - I may have to get another for work! The product is marvellous and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone. Many visitors have commented on it hence I am buying one as a gift for a couple who have everything! The Best Thing To Warm a Room in Minutes We bought our Pebble last Year at the German market. It is wonderful and heats the room up in a matter of minutes. It looks great and we have it on for the effect and the heat it generates. I would recommend this to anyone and I have done as several of my family members also have one. Best thing I have brought! I have always wanted a table fire, and found Naked Flame at the N.E.C last year saw them and thought they were great but did'nt buy one until I saw them again later on. Brought it home and lit it that night was amazed at the heat it gave out! I had to turn off heating in the lounge. It looks fantastic and everyone comments on it when they come round, it does look impressive. I love it!Best thing I have brought. |

Best product I've bought in a long time ...... I has seen Gel Fires in various "Home" magazines and was interested in making a purchase for my lounge. Unfortunately, our design scheme left no wall space for a conventional gas fire & therefore the room often felt quite chilly. I bought two Cube gel fires from Naked Flame at the Harrogate Flower Show (Sept. 09) - to be honest I was a bit sceptical about how much heat they would produce but the price was great so I took a chance. After using the product my verdict -BRILLIANT !! The heat is instant, the flame is relaxing and there's no worries about buring tables etc. as the cube stays cool. I would highly recommended this product to anyone needing a boost of heat either indoors or out. |

Gel fires are wonderful they give a homely feel. We bought 4 Gel fires at a show 1 for us and three for xmas presents we use it all year round and out in the garden the citronella keeps all insects away but especailly the wasps.Great products and wonderful unusual gifts. |

Magic Outdoors it's great to look at and reduces the chill, but if you're chilling out with friends indoors it has the hypnotic effect that flames always have, and produces a lovely, gentle warmth on the face. Sheer magic. |
